Today the adapter arrived. After a little fiddling and the use of a T spacer from my MPCC kit I have managed to successfully attach my Titan to my finder and achieve focus. This set up is infinitely more stable than the toilet role hack.
Once issue to be mindful of is the design of the adapter means it can be completely screwed into the barrel. Here is where the T spacer helped. Moreover the Atik would screw all the way down the 1.25” thread so the T spacer fills this gap and allows the whole assembly to be screwed tightly into the finder scope.
