Tonight was another viewing night. Aimed to view the following:
- Pinwheel Galaxy (M101) - not able to see any detail as the sky is too light;
- Ring Nebula (M57) - easily recognisable, averted vision even revealed the ring;
- Dumbbell Nebula (M27) - Very feint;
- Saturn - Good viewing with 4 moons;
- Great Cluster in Hercules (M13) - very feint, only a quick look
- 95 Her Double Star - first viewed with 32mm plossl (38x mag) which reveals a single star, 9mm (133x mag) resolves the double star as does 9mm with barlow (267x mag)
